History of Cartoon Creator

Cartoon Creator started out as a pet project in 2001 for Steve Brown, founder of MYLE Software LLC. It's first two versions, 1.0 and 1.1 respectively, were developed to run on the Windows CE platform on Pocket PCs. The use of a stylus made drawing on these devices a natural feature. Cartoon Creator was a hit!

In November of 2004, Steve developed version 2.0 for Windows-based PCs. This version was never released because it just wasn't right. It needed that something extra that was elusive at the time.

After moving into iPhone development, Cartoon Creator 3.0 was developed for the iPhone and iPod touch. But this time the product has new and exciting features not found in any other animation programs for these devices. These features proved so addictive that Steve's kids have been known to fight over the iPhone so they can make cartoons with Cartoon Creator. In honor of the most popular of these new features, this version has been nicknamed version 3D.
